So, Joan Rivers and Chelsea Lately are both known to be rather slick at the tongue and say whatever its is on their mind. I can't say who's worse but I personally think Chelsea has an unnessary attitude at times. But watch as Joan Rivers response on the Howard Stern show a day after Chelsea made comments about her and the shade is real. LOL
