Aye Nelly, AMEX Needs That $20,403 That You Owe Them!!

Well apparently Nelly has a problem paying his credit card bills and AMEX has taken action over the $20,403 that Nelly owes them. 

American Express has taken legal action agaisnt Cornell Haynes, Jr. aka Nelly who refuses to pay the money and according to TMZ the hearing is scheduled for Jan. 9.


There has better be a "good" reason of why he hasn't paid b/c he's been endorsed by Ford ... so he better have 20,000 to clear this up!
