Yes the very dramatic and overly emotional "Mob Wife" Renee Graziano apparently is the most happiest when she goes under the knife!! And she told TMZ that she feels self conscious from all the weight that she has gained while filming the show.
So instead of working out like normal people she has decided to do a extreme body makeover that includes a tummy tuck and booty lift.
Dear Renee, just cut back on the pasta and bread, but if $30,000 is nothing then make sure you get a face lift too ... ok bye ..
